Witt Solutions GmbH doesn’t just convert analog measurements to digital—we’re actively involved in the modernization of rail transportation. With us, you’ll find a wide range of tasks in measurement and testing technology that are used in harsh and interference-prone environments.

We operate high-end measurement and testing technology, both technically and in terms of quality.
Our devices monitor the power supply systems of rail vehicles and analyze the track structures of public transit and state-owned railways.
Each system is tailored to its specific application and metrological requirements—resulting in a correspondingly wide and complex range of variants.
As part of our software development, we tackle a wide variety of tasks. Everything is covered, from mobile apps and web applications to embedded systems. Your Responsibilities:

Development of embedded systems for metrology tasks
Implementation of communication protocols such as CAN bus, 61870, and other bus systems and protocols
Developing algorithms for metrology applications
Using various programming languages
Testing and system acceptance

Qualifications / Requirements

Here’s what you should bring to the table:

High school diploma
Good written and spoken German
Good command of English
Curiosity about technology
Creativity
Ability to work in a team
Interest in electrical engineering topics such as electronics, communications, or energy technology
Enjoyment of working independently and in a goal-oriented manner
german B2-C1 level

Experience

You’ve always found it easy to think abstractly and to mentally analyze situations and problems
A strong high school diploma
You shouldn’t have found math and the natural sciences—especially physics—boring.
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
We require strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as
a high level of commitment and the ability to handle pressure.

Company description

Witt Solutions GmbH develops and manufactures innovative EBA-approved DC voltage monitoring units—in accordance with DIN 50122, among other standards—for the railway industry, as well as specialized machines for quality assurance and test systems for physical and electrical parameters.
