Job description

Fast communication, direct involvement, and responsibilities are essential to the workflow in small businesses.
As an APPRENTICE at WITT Solutions, you’ll be directly integrated into the team, allowing you to apply and expand your theoretical knowledge through hands-on experience in a real-world work environment.

We offer you a solid training program, for example, on how to:

analyze security requirements for IT systems, identify threat scenarios, and evaluate
the effectiveness of IT security and data protection measures; how to design system solutions tailored to customer-specific requirements; and what to consider when selecting, installation, and configuration of IT systems; how to
create test concepts, conduct tests, and document
them; what is important
when creating guidelines for the use of IT systems and the management of license rights; and how to create and implement concepts for data backup and archiving, as well as for data and system recovery The

goal is to actively support us in our daily tasks and to establish a permanent role within the team.

Through regular team meetings, we actively encourage and promote the exchange of ideas and information about the company among employees.

To pursue an apprenticeship with us, you need:

at least a Mittlere Reife or equivalent qualification
; written and spoken German at least at the B2
level;an interest in software solutions
; andgood English skills
