Employing skilled workers from abroad

The International Talent Desk of the Brandenburg Economic Development Corporation (WFBB) supports companies in recruiting foreign skilled workers, students and trainees. The team advises on employment and residence law issues, procedures and the relevant authorities.

The Talent Desk works closely with advisory institutions such as the IQ Service Centers for Skilled Immigration to find tailor-made solutions. The IQ Information Center helps companies and skilled workers with immigration, professional recognition and qualification.

The Talent Desk also cooperates with the Central Office for Visa Applications under the Skilled Immigration Act, which is based at the Dahme-Spreewald Immigration Office. Thanks to a strong network - regional, national and international - the team establishes valuable contacts.
