The International Talent Service of the Brandenburg Economic Development Board (WFBB) is part of the structure of skilled labour immigration from third countries in Brandenburg. It advises companies seeking skilled workers and international students from third countries on how to attract them. In doing so, the International Talent Service has the necessary know-how on issues such as labour and residence law, the necessary procedural steps and the responsible offices.
 
The International Talent Service works closely with the IQ Information Centres for Skilled Worker Immigration and establishes demand-oriented contacts. The IQ Information Centres support companies and foreign skilled workers with various advisory services on immigration, professional recognition and adaptation qualifications.

The International Talent Service also cooperates with the central office that processes all visa applications within the framework of the Skilled Worker Immigration Act in Brandenburg. It is located at the Foreigners' Registration Office in the district of Dahme-Spreewald.
