As an SME, we are looking for you to join our full-time dual training program as an Office Management Assistant for the 2026 training year. Our training program is based on 24 years of experience. We offer you a solid training program that will equip you to handle key areas such as purchasing and logistics, as well as business processes in small and medium-sized enterprises. The goal is for you to actively support us in our daily tasks as well as at upcoming trade shows and events, and to establish yourself as an integral part of the team. - Interested? Responsibilities / Main Tasks

In addition to the standard apprenticeship curriculum—which includes secretarial and administrative tasks as well as accounting—we offer these exciting responsibilities: Digital document management – DMS / Documenting and managing monthly and annual financial statements E-invoicing (e.g., sending invoices via accounting software) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems—handling accounting and controlling via an ERP system As part of our company’s restructuring and digital transformation efforts, we’re counting on your professionalism and ideas.

Qualifications / RequirementsYour Profile:

You’re no stranger to writing, communication, and organization, and computers and calculations don’t faze you You’re fluent in spoken and written German

You’re also welcome to complete a long-term internship with us to bridge the gap until your training begins.

A plus: A background in electrical engineering—for example, if you’ve worked as an electrician, dropped out of an apprenticeship program, or are now making a career change.
