The demand for skilled workers knows no boundaries - we support you in recruiting suitable international talent directly on site.
The Brandenburg Economic Development Corporation (WFBB), WFBB Labor Division, supports companies in the targeted recruitment of international skilled workers. In addition to its own recruitment trips and trade fair appearances, the WFBB also provides information about offers and projects from its partner organizations.
Brandenburg companies are cordially invited to take part in the activities, get to know international talent and make valuable contacts.

In October 2026, the Brandenburg Skilled Workers Portal will present itself at the Targów Pracy Szczecin 2026 job fair in Szczecin and showcase the diverse professional prospects and career opportunities in the state of Brandenburg.
Participation for companies
Brandenburg companies are cordially invited to support us as accompanying exhibitors and to present their own job offers and career paths to an interested Polish audience. There are no stand fees for participation.

A Polish contact person will be available during the fair to assist you with organizational questions.
