This year, five exceptional companies were awarded the most important business prize in the state of Brandenburg, the "Brandenburg Future Prize". The award winners have impressed with their innovative spirit, high performance and forward-looking solutions. In doing so, they strengthen Brandenburg as a business location and serve as role models for sustainable growth and social responsibility.
Minister of Economic Affairs Daniel Keller praised the commitment and innovative strength of the companies: "The winners impressively demonstrate how strong and diverse Brandenburg is and how good ideas and responsibility are driving our state forward."
The 2025 winners are:
- 2M Gruppe GmbH (Potsdam): sustainable cleaning solutions with eco-certified products, use of robotics and a strong employee focus on work-life balance.
- Ardelt Kranbau GmbH (Eberswalde): more than 100 years of cutting-edge technology and innovation in crane construction, successful continuation of tradition through courageous company succession and modern participation models.
- AUGLETICS GmbH (Königs Wusterhausen): Development of smart rowing ergometers with digital training and regional quality work - from student residences to the European market.
- MONARI Arts GmbH (Schlieben): high-quality tile craftsmanship and furniture design with large-format tiles, precise production technology and customer-oriented design solutions.
- Spiel-Bau GmbH (Brandenburg an der Havel): sustainable playground design and creative engineering with an international reputation, energy-efficient production and innovative product developments.
The Zukunftspreis is backed by strong supporters and partners such as the six chambers of commerce - IHKs and HwKs - as well as renowned institutions and companies such as the Investitionsbank des Landes Brandenburg (ILB), Deutsche Bank, Bürgschaftsbank Brandenburg, EWE AG, the employment agencies in Eberswalde, Frankfurt (Oder), Potsdam and Neuruppin and the Mediennetz Handwerk e.V. (Media Network for Skilled Crafts).
