To strengthen our administrative team—with a focus on project management, inventory management, and accounting—we are immediately seeking an industrial clerk who enjoys organizing and planning and has a passion for technology.

Your responsibilities:

Posting entries for year-end closing
General administrative tasks for business processes
Payment verification
General telephone and written correspondence
Reports
Business planning
Order processing / project management
Technical and commercial procurement, customs clearance, and scheduling
Preparing cost estimates and managing product master data.
Preparatory Accounting

Your Qualifications:

Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or equivalent experience, or currently undergoing retraining from an electrical engineering or technical background into a business administration program

Proficiency in using Windows applications and inventory management systems.
Good knowledge of accounting and business administration
Strong IT skills
Organizational skills and structured workflows
Very good English skills (at least B2) and very good German skills (at least C1), both spoken and written

Experience working or training in small businesses

A technical background is a plus

Witt Solutions GmbH develops and manufactures innovative EBA-approved DC voltage monitoring units—including those compliant with DIN 50122—for the railway industry, as well as specialized machines for quality assurance and test systems for physical and electrical parameters.

About Your New Job:

Our company plans to relocate to 14772 Brandenburg a.d.H. at the turn of the year 2026/2027.

Our current headquarters is located in 14641 Wustermark-Elstal. There are good public transportation connections.
