> To the job vacancies and apprenticeships

The Medical University of Lusatia - Carl Thiem offers training and professional development at the highest level.

Whether initial vocational training in one of the numerous healthcare professions on offer, multi-year advanced specialist training in areas such as anaesthesia or intensive care medicine, support for managers through special training modules or seminars on special topics such as wound care, expert standards or commercial issues. New training concepts and the best development opportunities meet a modern working and team culture.

Education already has a long tradition at MUL - CT .

In future, the Academy of the Medical University of Lausitz - Carl Thiem will bring together all activities relating to training, qualification and further education.
The medical school, the Lausitz Rescue Service School and the school for surgical and anaesthetic assistants will be brought together under its umbrella.

A further pillar will be created in the future as a separate department, which will be primarily dedicated to further education and training. The professional biographies of our colleagues are to be continuously accompanied and supplemented by modern and innovative educational offers.

The aim is a lifelong learning and qualification process so that our hospital can continue to react quickly and precisely to the constantly changing hospital environment - for the benefit of our patients, but of course also for our employees.
