The Karriere Kick Potsdam will take place on 22 January 2027 from 9.00 am to 1.30 pm at the Oberlinhaus Education Campus. The event is designed to provide accessible career guidance: young people and company representatives first get to know each other over a game of table football and then discuss apprenticeships, work placements and entry-level opportunities.
A key element is the Karriere Kick app, which connects pupils with companies and facilitates communication before, during and after the event.
For regional companies offering apprenticeships, Karriere Kick provides an opportunity to engage with potential future employees at an early stage and to raise the profile of their own opportunities. The first companies, including Stadtwerke Potsdam, Mittelbrandenburgische Sparkasse and the Dorint Hotel, have already confirmed their participation.
The event is organised by Oberlinhaus Berufsbildung, the Potsdam Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) and the Brandenburg State Economic Development Agency.
