The traditional Fürstenwalder Guss GmbH - a company of the Hawle Deutschland Group - is opening its doors to new specialists. With almost 100 years of experience in iron casting and a strong focus on quality and innovation, the company is looking for committed employees who want to play an active role in shaping the future of foundry technology. There are currently four key positions to be filled:
🖥️IT and Network Administrator (gn) In this role, you will ensure smooth IT operations in a Microsoft domain environment with Linux systems. In addition to network administration and IT security, you will also look after the locking and access system and train employees in the use of new technologies. 💡 We are looking for a committed individual with a degree in IT, ideally with MCSA certification and experience in databases, networks and system hardening.
🤖Automation technician (gn) As the central contact person for automation technology, you will be responsible for the electrical availability of the production systems. You will program control systems (Siemens SIMATIC S7, TIA Portal), further develop control concepts and accompany projects through to commissioning. 🔧 Training in electronics or mechatronics is required, ideally with further training as a technician and experience in automation and with ERP systems.
⚡Industrial electrician (gn) You will ensure the safe operation of electrical systems, carry out maintenance and repairs and analyze faults in machines and systems. You will also be responsible for supporting external service providers. 🔌 We are looking for a skilled worker with electrical engineering training, PLC knowledge (Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal) and ideally switching authorization up to 20kV.
🔥 Specialist Melting Shop Worker (gn) At the heart of the foundry, you will take responsibility for the melting process - from raw material preparation to casting and quality control. 🏗️ Prerequisites are a completed apprenticeship in foundry work or a metalworking profession, technical understanding, a crane license and a willingness to work in three shifts.
🔧Production workers (gn) You produce molds and cores, process cast parts and carry out quality controls. Career changers with manual skills are also welcome!
