Since 1993,
temps has been developing bespoke and innovative solutions across all areas of the painting trade for industrial clients, corporate groups, hotels, housing associations, local authorities, institutions and private clients. Over 80 employees contribute to the company’s success every day. In addition to comprehensive training in painting and varnishing, the company also offers apprenticeships for office management assistants.
At the company’s own training and apprenticeship centre at its headquarters in Neustadt am Rübenberge, apprentices are prepared individually for their practical examinations. As part of the ‘Ausbildung+’ programme, two retired secondary school teachers also help trainees to address any gaps in their knowledge of German, politics, maths and specialist theory. Training courses – ranging from tool and machinery knowledge to building law and site organisation – round off the training programme.
temps sees it as its responsibility to contribute to a healthy environment in order to preserve it for future generations. For the company, sustainability is not just a trend, but an integral part of its identity and corporate culture. Its premises are fitted with solar panels and LED lighting, and generate energy using geothermal power. In addition, the vehicle fleet is continually being expanded to include vehicles with alternative drive systems. As a family-run business, temps places great importance on giving back to society. That is why temps is also involved in various projects, including support for the Evangelical Deaconess Home in Berlin, Teltow Lehnin, and the Johanniter Children’s Home and Children’s Hospice ‘Pusteblume’ in Burg im Spreewald. temps GmbH Brandenburg is part of the temps Group. With a total of six companies and almost 500 employees, the Group ranks among the ten largest painting contractors in Germany.
