As a long-established electrical engineering company with a spirit of innovation, Kjellberg provides technology and solutions for cutting, joining and shaping metal. For the metalworking industry, they develop solutions for welding, cutting and specialised machine construction. 450 employees work across the entire value chain, from development through production and sales to after-sales service. Around 10 per cent of the workforce is employed in research and development alone.

Kjellberg is committed to developing and nurturing its skilled workforce over the long term. In doing so, they seek not only experienced professionals but also career changers who think outside the box.

The Kjellberg Foundation is committed both to safeguarding and improving jobs and to supporting the Finsterwalde region. It promotes hands-on learning for school pupils to spark their curiosity about technical and economic interrelationships, and supports the training of young people at technical colleges and universities. Kjellberg is committed to the welfare of its staff, promotes their professional development and continuously improves working conditions.

The company’s history is closely linked to the town of Finsterwalde. That is why Kjellberg supports both the development of the local area and initiatives and organisations promoting culture, youth and sport. Qualified staff and optimal working conditions are essential for the company’s continued existence and further development.
