FaradaIC® Sensors GmbH is both a fabless semiconductor company and a chemical company. We miniaturise electrochemical gas sensors onto microchips using standard microfabrication techniques. With our product, we offer device manufacturers in the IoT and consumer electronics sectors a unique sensor platform that combines miniaturisation, low power consumption and low cost. This makes it possible, for the first time, to offer a gas sensor solution capable of meeting the high-volume demands of growing markets.
The company was founded in Germany in July 2021 by two chemists and an expert from the electronics/PCB industry. The company is headquartered in Berlin and operates a chemistry laboratory in Teltow, Brandenburg, as well as an electrochemistry laboratory near Belgrade, Serbia.
