As a modern organisation, ELSTER WERKE gemeinnützige GmbH enables people with various disabilities to participate in working life and community life.
With over 30 years’ expertise, people with disabilities work at seven sites in the districts of Elbe-Elster and Teltow-Fläming – with the support and guidance of qualified specialists and specialist services.

A variety of work areas offer tailor-made training and employment opportunities within state-of-the-art industrial production facilities. People with a wide range of disabilities are involved in carrying out complex manufacturing orders.
Our range of services extends from metal and woodworking, furniture production, printing, engraving and laser cutting, through to landscaping, horticulture and floristry, organic farming, and assembly and packaging work. We are particularly proud of our ElsterPark in Herzberg (E.) – which has now gained a reputation beyond the region and offers visitors accessible options in catering, leisure and culture.
