Actemium BEA is an engineering and plant construction company with over 100 years’ experience in the fields of electrical engineering and automation. We specialise in plants for the extraction and processing of raw materials and for energy generation. Our wide range of services includes the design, supervision, supply, installation and commissioning of energy and electrical systems.

Drawing on our many years of experience, we deliver forward-looking projects and make a significant contribution to the development of sustainable technologies and energy concepts.

Energy supply and infrastructure are our strengths:
together with other companies in Lusatia, we are developing the infrastructure for charging buses in local public transport. Nine major German cities already rely on the public transport charging infrastructure provided by Actemium BEA GmbH.

Large drive systems and specialised containers are our speciality:
our team at Fördertechnik Lausitz calls these ‘Drive in the Box’ and ‘Energy in the Box’. Working closely with Actemium BEA and the LEAG subsidiary MCR Engineering Lausitz GmbH, we have developed intelligent energy plant container solutions. These solutions are designed to ensure the future energy supply for production pumps used to extract environmentally friendly geothermal energy.

Bulk and loose material transport is our area of expertise:
our teams have many years’ experience in supplying plant engineering equipment to German mining companies. Our high-tech solutions are in demand internationally. An impressive example of this is the turnkey outfitting of an entire iron ore mine.

Machinery refurbishment is in our blood:
our team in Eisenhüttenstadt, working closely with a mechanical engineering partner, has specialised in the refurbishment of machine tools. This service is particularly attractive to medium-sized steel fabricators looking to future-proof their machinery.
