Cluster
With more than 6,400 companies and almost 58,000 employees in the Berlin-Brandenburg energy technology cluster, the capital region is full of energy.
Skilled workers who work in a company in the energy technology cluster are and will be faced with many more challenges in the future, such as adapting to the requirements in a changing technological environment and coupling different sectors with their skills. Through new value chains, for example around batteries or hydrogen, new exciting job profiles are emerging in the region that actively contribute to the decarbonisation of the energy system.
Due to the increasing digitalisation of all industrial sectors, IT-savvy specialists in the field of energy technology are in greater demand than before.
