You can think of the Brandenburg assisted training as a good friend in real life: The support programme of the state of Brandenburg accompanies you before and during your training and is there for you in word and deed, even if you don't know what to do. The aim of the Brandenburg assisted training programme is to support you on your way into training and to stabilise your existing training relationship. With its time flexibility and broad access for young people, the programme is an important supplement to the assisted training offered by the Federal Employment Agency.

With the change into a new phase of life, many do not yet know what is in store for them. But you don't have to feel alone. Our support programme welcomes and supports you in your first steps into the world of work. The offers of the Brandenburg assisted training are versatile and are tailored exactly to your needs.

Entry and contact for assisted training Brandenburg

Entry into the Brandenburg Assisted Training Programme is variable. You can start in the final phase of your schooling or if you have not yet found an apprenticeship place directly afterwards (Phase I). But you can also join the programme at any time during your training (Phase II). To participate, you must be a resident of Brandenburg, have at least a foreseeable apprenticeship maturity, and be interested in training.

Are you interested? Find the contact person in your area and get non-binding information! A total of ten education providers are responsible for implementing the programme. Together they cover the entire state of Brandenburg and are well networked. You can find their contact details in the following list/map. The locations listed are the addresses of the education providers - however, the staff members are on the road throughout the entire district and will also come to you!

Training in a network has a long tradition in Brandenburg and is considered a successful model that combines the strengths of several partners. In joint training, parts of the in-company training are transferred to another company or training provider. Collaborative training can be considered in particular if a company cannot provide all training sections of an occupation itself, for example in the case of a high degree of specialisation.

However, joint training is also a way of imparting additional qualifications during the training process and developing trainees to take on management tasks at a later stage. Collaborative training can thus also offer higher-achieving young people attractive alternatives to university studies. All in all, collaborative training helps companies to create training places in the regions and to make them varied and of high quality for the young people.

Service points for network vocational training program

The state of Brandenburg is currently funding twelve service points for collaborative training from the European Social Fund. These service points find partners for Brandenburg companies and support the integration of young people into integrated training. They provide information about the offers of general collaborative training and, if necessary, check the provision of further offers. You can find the contact details of all service points for collaborative training here.

Brandenburg not only offers you pure nature and plenty of space to live, but also good opportunities to develop your professional future. In addition to affordable housing, Brandenburg is characterised by a high recreational and leisure value. Sometimes, however, this also means greater distances between the learning locations of dual vocational training. The new Azubi-Ticket for trainees in the Berlin-Brandenburg Transport Association (VBB) offers you an attractive commuting solution:

For 365 euros per year, you can use all public transport in the Berlin-Brandenburg transport network from Brandenburg - at any time, for a whole year. This means that nothing stands in the way of a visit to Berlin in the evening or at the weekend to combine the best of both worlds - the tranquillity of nature meets the pulse of the big city and takes you on its relaxing and exhilarating journey.

You can find more information about the Verbundticket here.
